Description

We are seeking a highly capable Financial Controller to lead the day-to-day finance operations across the Group.

This role is responsible for ensuring the integrity of financial reporting, maintaining robust financial controls, developing the finance team, and providing insightful analysis to support strategic decision-making.

The successful candidate will play a key role in driving financial performance, improving processes and systems, ensuring compliance with statutory obligations, and supporting the CFO and wider leadership team in achieving business objectives.

This is a 360 degree financial leadership role in a dynamic PE backed business, no 2 days will be the same, priorities will change according the business's needs, you and the team you lead will operate nimbly to support internal stakeholders, site management teams and the Investors.

Profile

Qualified or QBE Finance professional with team management skills, a high degree of commercial awareness, preferably with experience in multi-site hospitality or Retail, exposure to complex VAT structures and stock / inventory issues.

Job Offer

80-85k plus benefits and possible progression into an FD role over time.
