CSA Construction Manager x 2 – Data Centre Construction Location: Finland Salary: €80,000–€90,000+ Package: Accommodation, rotation, travel and €1,100 net monthly living allowance Employment: Full-time, site-based The Opportunity We are seeking two experienced CSA Construction Managers to join a major data centre construction project in Finland. These are key leadership positions, responsible for managing and coordinating the Civil, Structural and Architectural (CSA) works, leading site teams and ensuring the successful delivery of complex construction packages. You will have a strong background in large-scale construction projects, with the ability to manage subcontractors, coordinate technical activities and drive programme, quality and safety standards. Key Responsibilities * Manage and coordinate all Civil, Structural and Architectural work packages. * Lead and support the CSA team, including supervisors, engineers and package managers. * Oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring work is delivered safely and to the required quality standards. * Drive a strong culture of Health & Safety, Quality and Environmental compliance. * Plan and monitor procurement, design, engineering and installation activities across all CSA works. * Develop and implement the CSA construction delivery strategy. * Review client designs, identify discrepancies and coordinate technical resolutions. * Manage subcontractor performance, progress, resources and programme delivery. * Coordinate construction activities with the Project Manager, planning team, design team and wider project stakeholders. * Monitor project schedules, including four-week and twelve-week look-ahead programmes. * Chair regular subcontractor progress meetings and attend design, engineering and project reviews. * Ensure all project documentation is maintained and up to date. Requirements * Relevant construction degree or equivalent qualification. * Minimum 7 years' CSA construction site experience. * Strong track record managing and delivering major CSA work packages. * Experience leading construction teams on large-scale projects.
