• Manage the Head of Prep School's diary, scheduling meetings and appointments effectively.
• Prepare and organise correspondence, reports, and presentations as required.
• Act as the first point of contact for internal and external communications.
• Coordinate events and activities within the Prep School, ensuring they run smoothly.
• Maintain accurate records and files, ensuring confidentiality at all times.
• Handle enquiries and provide information in a professional and timely manner.
• Assist with administrative tasks to support the wider secretarial and business support team.

Profile

A successful PA to Head of Prep School should have:

• Strong organisational and time management skills.
