Electrical Project Manager – Tier One Main Contractor Up to £105,000 + Package Central London An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join a leading Tier One Main Contractor, delivering a flagship residential development in the heart of Central London. This is a key position on a technically complex, high-profile project that will require an individual with a proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale MEP installations from pre-construction through to commissioning and handover. Key Responsibilities Managing the electrical package from inception through to project completion. Coordinating and managing specialist electrical subcontractors. Working closely with the client, consultants, design teams and wider project stakeholders. Monitoring programme, quality, health & safety and commercial performance. Identifying and mitigating project risks while driving programme milestones. Overseeing procurement, technical submissions and commissioning activities. Ensuring all works comply with project specifications, industry standards and statutory regulations. Producing regular progress reports and attending client and site meetings.Candidate Requirements Proven experience as an Electrical Project Manager on large-scale construction projects. Previous experience delivering residential, commercial, or other technically complex projects would be highly advantageous. Strong knowledge of electrical building services and MEP coordination. Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills. Commercial awareness with the ability to manage budgets and project performance. Relevant electrical qualifications and SMSTS/CSCS certification
