You will lead on corporate tax compliance and advisory work, review the work of junior team members, and play a key part in growing the firm’s tax offering across a broad mix of owner managed businesses, private equity backed groups and established corporates. What is the day-to-day of the role:

• Manage a portfolio of corporate tax clients, including compliance and advisory work
• Review corporation tax computations and returns prepared by the team
• Provide practical tax planning advice on reorganisations, transactions and group structures
• Build strong client relationships and identify opportunities for additional services
• Coach, mentor and develop junior members of the tax team

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
• ATT, CTA, ACA or ACCA qualified (or equivalent)
• Strong technical knowledge of UK corporation tax
• Excellent communication and client facing skills
• Proven experience of managing and developing staff
