Housing & Mental Health Support Worker

In this rewarding role, you'll support individuals facing challenges such as mental health needs, homelessness, domestic abuse, substance misuse, and involvement with probation services. You'll help people build confidence, develop independence, access vital services, and take positive steps towards a brighter future.

What You'll Be Doing:

? Providing person-centred support in supported housing, hostels, and community settings
? Supporting individuals with mental health and emotional well-being needs
? Assisting people affected by domestic abuse and substance misuse
? Helping clients engage with probation and other professional services
? Encouraging independence, well being, and positive life choices
? Building trusting relationships and being a consistent source of support

What We're Looking For:

? Experience in support work, housing, mental health, or a related field is desirable
? A caring, empathetic, and non-judgemental approach
? Strong communication and problem-solving skills
? The ability to work independently and as part of a team
? A genuine passion for helping people achieve their goals
