Qualified Social Worker – Adult Services – London | £30–£32 per hour Contract: Locum / Temporary Start: ASAP Are you a Qualified Social Worker with experience in adult social care, looking for your next locum role in London? 3D Recruit is recruiting for a Qualified Adult Social Worker to support adults with care and support needs within local authority Adult Services. This temporary opportunity offers £30–£32 per hour and an ASAP start. The Role You will manage a varied adult social care caseload, using strengths-based practice to promote independence, protect wellbeing and help people access appropriate support. Your responsibilities will include: * Completing Care Act assessments, reassessments and reviews * Developing person-centred care and support plans with adults, carers and families * Managing complex cases and identifying proportionate responses to risk * Undertaking Mental Capacity Assessments and contributing to best interests decision-making * Responding to safeguarding concerns and undertaking enquiries in line with local procedures * Working with health professionals, care providers and multidisciplinary teams to coordinate support * Reviewing care arrangements to ensure they remain appropriate to changing needs * Maintaining accurate case records, assessments and professional reports * Delivering statutory duties in line with adult social care legislation and local authority procedures What We're Looking For * Social Work degree or equivalent qualification * Current Social Work England (SWE) registration * Minimum 2 years' post-qualifying experience * Strong knowledge of UK adult social care legislation and practice * Experience managing complex adult social care cases * Right to work in the UK Why Work with 3D Recruit?
