Role & Responsibilities

As a Corporate Solicitor, you will:

• Work alongside the current corporate partner to develop and expand the corporate team
• Advise on a wide range of corporate matters including mergers, acquisitions, commercial contracts and governance
• Build and maintain strong client relationships across key sectors
• Play a pivotal role in shaping the firm’s future as part of a potential partnership track

Candidate Requirements

We are seeking a Corporate Lawyer who:

• Has 3+ years’ PQE in corporate law
• Possesses a strong commercial acumen and corporate background
• Is personable, approachable and culturally aligned with the firm
• Is motivated by business development and long-term growth opportunities
