Our client is a growing sales and marketing company based in Southampton, representing recognised non-profit organisations through face-to-face residential campaigns. They're looking for confident, enthusiastic individuals to join their expanding team as Entry Level Sales Assistants. No previous sales experience is required, with full training and ongoing support provided from day one.

Key Attributes:

• Availability:Full-time availability for 5 full working days per week (Monday–Friday).
• Communication: Strong English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attitude: Positive, enthusiastic and willing to learn.
• People Skills: Comfortable speaking with members of the public and building rapport.
• Experience: No previous sales experience required. Retail, hospitality, customer service and other customer-facing backgrounds are welcome.

What You'll Be Doing:

As a Sales Assistant, you'll represent recognised non-profit organisations through face-to-face residential campaigns across Southampton and surrounding areas.

You'll engage with customers, build rapport, explain campaigns clearly and guide interested individuals through the sign-up process. This is a field-based, subcontracted opportunity offering a Brand Awareness Fee (where applicable), plus commission-based earnings and performance incentives.
