The Role

As Store Manager, you'll be responsible for the overall success of the store, ensuring commercial targets are achieved while maintaining exceptional operational standards and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a motivated team, creating a positive and engaging working environment.
• Drive sales performance through effective leadership, customer engagement and commercial decision-making.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and set high service standards across the store.
• Monitor and analyse KPIs, identifying opportunities to improve performance and profitability.
• Take ownership of store operations, ensuring high standards of presentation, compliance and day-to-day execution.
• Manage stock, staffing and resources effectively to maximise efficiency and results.
• Build a culture of accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement.

• Previous experience in a Store Manager or senior retail leadership position.
