About the Role

As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you'll operate as a trusted advisor to both clients and candidates, delivering tailored talent solutions across the Yorkshire market.

You'll take ownership of business development, client management and candidate delivery activities, building your own market presence while helping drive the continued growth of our Leeds Finance & Accounting practice.

This role offers the opportunity to work with some of the region's most recognised businesses, from SMEs and private equity-backed organisations through to large corporates.

Responsibilities

As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will:

• Develop new business opportunities and build long-term relationships with senior decision-makers
• Manage and grow an existing portfolio of client accounts
• Generate and convert business development opportunities through calls, meetings, networking and referrals
• Identify, attract and engage high-calibre finance professionals
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates and vacancies
• Conduct candidate interviews and assess suitability for opportunities
• Manage recruitment assignments from initial briefing through to successful placement
• Negotiate terms, fees and offers with confidence
• Provide clients with market insights, salary benchmarking and hiring advice
• Consistently achieve and exceed individual and team performance targets
• Act as a brand ambassador for Robert Half in the local market

About You

We're looking for individuals who:

• Have previous experience in either a recruitment or Business Development role
• Have a track record of achieving targets and delivering results
• Enjoy business development and building new client relationships

Salary & Benefits

• £35,000 - £45,000 basic salary
