Residential Property Lawyer

We are seeking a proactive, motivated, and ambitious Residential Property Lawyer who is ready to contribute to a firm recognised for its expertise and outstanding client service. Day-to-day of the role:

• Manage a varied caseload of residential property transactions, including freehold, leasehold, sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity.
• Deliver outstanding client service, ensuring smooth and efficient transactions with clear and proactive communication.
• Supervise and mentor support staff, fostering development within the team.
• Actively contribute to business development, networking, and marketing initiatives to grow the firm’s reputation and client base.
• Provide support to colleagues as required, ensuring compliance with risk management procedures and regulatory standards.
• Maintain billing levels in accordance with agreed targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Sound knowledge and experience in managing a varied caseload of residential property transactions.
• Proven track record of delivering outstanding client service.
• Ability to supervise and mentor support staff.
• Strong business development, networking, and marketing skills.
• Great IT skills, including the use of case management systems and software.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, being a team player and understanding the importance of developing and maintaining client relationships.
