Kenneth Brian Associates are recruiting on behalf of a commercial business for a Scheduler/Helpdesk Coordinator based in Horsham. This role sits at the heart of the operations team, coordinating engineers, clients and internal teams to ensure work is delivered efficiently.

Key responsibilities:

• Scheduling engineers and booking jobs via CRM systems
• Acting as a key point of contact for clients, handling queries and providing job updates
• Managing client records, keyholder details and routine service planning
• Monitoring job progress and ensuring deadlines are met
• Preparing reports, quotations and supporting documentation
• General administration and social media support

About you:

• Minimum one year administration experience
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Strong communicator with good customer service skills
• Confident IT user and quick to learn new systems
• Proactive, adaptable and able to work independently or as part of a team
