Job Title: Account Manager

Salary: up to £45,000 + Commission

Location: Wymondham

My client is looking for an Account Manager to join their team. This role will suit someone who is great with people and has a proven track record of building and maintaining relationships. You will be responsible for account managing a bank of clients, which will include VIPs and key contacts.

Duties:

• A passion for client success and ensuring the best in terms of service delivery
• A proven track record of Account Management
• Customer communication including leading review meetings, building relationships, discussing opportunities for growth,
• Onboarding new clients
• Develop an in-depth understanding of the client's business, brand, and industry
• Liaise with different teams, such as Project Managers to ensure that planned works support your client's goals and objectives
• Client retention
• Updating the CRM
• Experience of working within a technology AM role
• Ability to build strong relationships with clients
• Make clear and effective decisions
• Excellent negotiation skill
