Are you an organised Administrator looking for your next temporary opportunity?

We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established organisation for a Temporary Administrator to support a busy Estates and Facilities team.

Duties will include:

• Providing administrative support to the Estates team
• Being the first point of contact for visitors, contractors and enquiries
• Managing telephone calls, emails and general office administration
• Updating internal systems and maintaining accurate records
• Coordinating holiday requests, uniforms and office supplies
• Raising purchase orders and processing invoices
• Assisting with compliance documentation and contractor records
• Supporting the team with a variety of day-to-day administrative tasks

The ideal candidate will have:

• Previous administration experience
• Strong Microsoft Office skills
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities
• A proactive and professional approach
• The ability to prioritise a busy workload and work well within a team
