The Role Working alongside the commercial team, you will assist with the financial and contractual management of construction projects, gaining exposure to a range of commercial duties while developing your knowledge and experience. Responsibilities will include: * Assisting with project cost control and financial reporting. * Supporting the preparation and submission of valuations. * Assisting with subcontractor procurement and payments. * Helping manage variations, costs and final accounts. * Liaising with project teams, subcontractors and other stakeholders. * Supporting the wider commercial team to ensure projects are delivered successfully.
