Are you an experienced Employment Solicitor looking for a fresh challenge where your contribution is valued, your development is supported and there is genuine scope to progress?

My client is an established law firm in the New Forest with an ambitious growth strategy and a strong management team. It is looking to recruit an Employment Solicitor to join its busy and supportive team, advising both claimants and respondents on a broad range of employment matters.

The Role

• Manage your own caseload of contentious and non-contentious Employment matters
• Advise on Employment Tribunal claims, discrimination, bullying and harassment
• Handle termination of employment, redundancy, restructuring and reorganisation
• Draft and advise on employment contracts and related documentation
• Provide clear, commercially focused and technically sound legal advice
• Develop client relationships through networking and business development
• Work collaboratively with an established Employment team

About You

• Solicitor with 3+ years’ PQE in Employment law
• Experience handling both contentious and non-contentious matters
• Confident managing your own caseload
• Strong technical knowledge and excellent client care skills
• Commercially minded, proactive and keen to develop your practice
• Looking for a firm where you can make a real contribution and progress your career
