We are looking for an extremely driven, and self motivated sales hunter to be based at our clients Surrey office. This role will be working 3 days in the office (Mon, Tue) and 2 from home (Tue, Wed, Thur)

The role

This is not a traditional SDR role focused purely on call volumes and short-term appointments. The role will combine consistent outbound activity with strategic account development, research and long-term relationship building.

You will identify and develop relationships with businesses across the UK, working closely with National Sales Managers across the business. Your primary objective will be to open doors, develop opportunities and fill the National Sales Managers' diaries with well-qualified meetings so they can progress and close.

What you'll be doing

• Build and manage a targeted pipeline of corporate prospects across the UK
• Work with the National Sales Managers to identify priority sectors, and target organisations
• Research target businesses to understand structure, funding approach, operational challenges and key decision-makers.
• Carry out consistent outbound prospecting by telephone, email, LinkedIn and other appropriate channels.
• Identify the best initial route into an account
• Map larger organisations and develop relationships with multiple stakeholders
• Nurture strategic prospects over weeks or months where there is no immediate buying opportunity, maintaining relevant and well-timed contact until the opportunity develops.
• Provide meaningful account intelligence before meetings
• Book well-qualified face-to-face or Teams meetings
