Italian Speaking Export Sales Executive, £35,000 Basic plus Benefits, Specialist Engineered Solutions for an industrial manufacturer. Office-based in Stevenage with monthly travel to Italy. An established, highly respected UK manufacturer and specialist supplier of engineered components into industrial sectors is expanding its business in Italy. This is a consultative, relationship-led export role. Working directly alongside the Head of Sales, you will cover the Italian territory by identifying strategic end-user accounts, building multi-level relationships and delivering engineered solutions tailored to client requirements.

Rather than high-volume transactional selling, your focus will be on building and nurturing clients.

What We're Looking For in an Italian Speaking Export Sales Executive

• Fluent Italian & English.
• 2+ Years B2B Sales
• Proven consultative, value-led commercial track record.
• Methodical, structured approach to managing customer accounts.
• Willingness to travel to Italy monthly, with a valid driving licence.
• Warm, patient, and credible in establishing long-term trust.
• Able to hold margins and defend value during tough price negotiations.
• Self-driven and accountable without needing micromanagement.
