CNC Miller (Programmer / Setter / Operator)

Aerospace Manufacturing | Up to £46800 DOE + Overtime

Working Hours:

• 39 hours
• Monday – Thursday 08:00 – 17:00 (30 minutes lunch break)
• Friday 08:00 – 13:00 (no lunch break)

Are you an experienced CNC Miller looking for your next opportunity?

We're seeking a skilled CNC professional to join a busy aerospace manufacturing environment, producing high-precision components on 3, 4 and 5-axis CNC milling machines.

What You'll Be Doing

• Programming, setting and operating CNC milling machines
• Producing first-offs and maintaining tight tolerances
• Reading engineering drawings and using inspection equipment
• Working with Production, Engineering and Quality teams
• Supporting continuous improvement and process development

We're Looking For

• Previous CNC milling experience (essential)
• Ability to read engineering drawings
• Experience with precision machining and quality standards
• Positive attitude and strong attention to detail

Beneficial Experience

• CNC programming
• Fanuc or Sinumerik controls
• EDGECAM or other CAD/CAM software
• 3, 4 or 5-axis machining
• Aerospace manufacturing
