Inside Sales & Office Administrator

£32,500 per annum | Full-time | Office-based | Milton Keynes

We’re looking for a confident, commercially driven Inside Sales & Office Administrator to join our clients growing team in Milton Keynes.

This is a key role within a sales operation, with the primary goal of driving revenue by managing the sales cycle from the office. You’ll be speaking to customers, generating new opportunities, preparing quotes, negotiating deals and making sure orders are processed smoothly from enquiry through to delivery.

The role

• Make outbound calls and targeted emails to generate new business
• Respond to and qualify inbound sales enquiries
• Build strong relationships with new and existing customers
• Prepare quotes, proposals and contracts
• Handle objections, negotiate and close sales
• Process orders accurately and coordinate with logistics and operations
• Manage customer information, sales activity and pipeline within the CRM
• Follow up opportunities and keep prospects moving through the sales process
• Work closely with Field Sales and Marketing teams
• Coordinate product demonstrations, presentations and training
• Produce sales and pipeline reports
• Provide general office support, including calls, emails and correspondence
• Feed customer and market insight back to the wider team

What we're looking for

We're looking for someone who is sales-focused, organised and confident dealing with customers.

You'll ideally have experience in inside sales, telesales, sales administration or a similar commercial environment, and be comfortable working towards targets.

You’ll bring:

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• A confident and professional telephone manner
• Resilience and a positive, target-driven attitude
• Strong organisation and attention to detail
• Good negotiation and objection-handling skills
• Experience using CRM systems such as HubSpot, Salesforce or similar
• The ability to manage a busy pipeline and multiple priorities
• A genuine interest in the motor industry and a desire to succeed
