Location: East Midlands
Contract: Permanent, Full Time
Working Hours: 40 hours per week, between 8am and 6pm.

The Role

An established provider of housing and property services is seeking an experienced Roofer to join its maintenance team covering properties across the East Midlands.

Key responsibilities include:

• Replacing slipped, damaged or missing roof tiles.
• Clearing, repairing and maintaining gutters and downpipes.
• Repairing flashing around chimney stacks.
• Identifying and resolving leaks on pitched and flat roofing systems.
• Delivering high-quality repairs and maintenance works within occupied residential properties.

Requirements

Experience & Qualifications

• Previous experience working within social housing, housing maintenance, local authority, contractor or property maintenance environments.
• NVQ Level 2 in Roofing (or equivalent trade qualification), or demonstrable relevant roofing experience.
• Ability to carry out a wide range of roofing repairs and maintenance works safely and efficiently.

Driving

• Full UK manual driving licence.
• Minimum of one year's driving experience.
• Comfortable travelling across the East Midlands region using a company vehicle.
