A growing regional law firm is seeking an experienced Licensed Conveyancer, CILEX Lawyer or Solicitor to join its expanding property team.

This opportunity is particularly suited to experienced conveyancers looking for genuine flexibility, including part-time hours that can work around school, childcare or other commitments. Full-time applications are also welcomed.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing your own residential conveyancing caseload from instruction to completion
• Providing a high standard of client care throughout the transaction process
• Handling a range of residential property matters independently
• Maintaining strong relationships with clients, agents and other professionals
• Ensuring matters progress efficiently while meeting compliance requirements

About You

• Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or CILEX Lawyer
• Experienced in managing a residential conveyancing caseload independently
• Strong client care and communication skills
• Organised, proactive and able to work with minimal supervision
• Looking to join a supportive and flexible working environment
