Drive supplier performance, value and innovation. Shape supplier strategies, intelligence and stakeholder engagement. Provide expert commercial and contract management advice. Build and enhance contract management capability across the organisation. Establish assurance frameworks that strengthen contract oversight. Represent the organisation in strategic supplier and stakeholder engagements.
