Reed Accountancy are proud to be working with a well-established business in Bradford who are looking to recruit an experienced Legal Cashier to join their finance team. This is a full-time, hybrid position, offering an excellent opportunity for a candidate with strong legal cashier experience and a thorough understanding of SAR. The successful candidate will have a proven background within legal finance, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage financial transactions accurately and in line with regulatory requirements.

Some Duties Include:

• Bank reconciliations and client account management.
• Processing receipts, payments, CHAPS transactions, and transfers.
• Posting bills, disbursements, and purchase ledger transactions.
• Ensuring compliance with Solicitors Accounts Rules.
• Managing client-to-office transfers and Bankline transactions.
• Handling petty cash and staff expense payments.
• Producing finance reports and maintaining accurate records.
• Resolving fee earner, client, and supplier queries.
• Supporting daily accounts administration and maintaining confidentiality.

You will need to demonstrate:

• Experienced as a legal cashier or in a similar role
• Recent working knowledge of Solicitors Accounts Rules
• Ability to work within a team
• Knowledge of Excel and internet banking systems
