The opportunity

You will develop relationships with recruitment agencies and partners, helping them access international payroll and contractor solutions, particularly across the United States and Republic of Ireland.

Combining consultative telephone sales, account management and business development, you will:

• Qualify incoming enquiries, understanding client requirements, timescales and commercial potential.
• Identify international opportunities within existing recruitment agency accounts.
• Build partnerships that generate referrals, repeat business and account growth.
• Explain relevant solutions clearly and confidently.
• Maintain an organised sales pipeline and consistent follow-up throughout the client journey.

The experience we are looking for

You should bring experience in either:

• International contract recruitment, ideally working with the United States market.
• Sales or account management within international payroll, employer of record services or international contractor solutions.

Alongside this experience, you will need an excellent telephone manner, strong commercial judgement and evidence of winning business or developing client accounts. You are comfortable initiating conversations, engaging decision makers and looking beyond the immediate enquiry. Confidence, curiosity, organisation and the determination to deliver results will help you succeed.
