Good Afternoon, I am currently representing Enfield Council who are offering an initial temporary contract for a period of 3-6 months with a view to be extended or offered a permanent position for the right candidate at a rate which is negotiable dependent upon experience We are looking for a Youth Worker this role will be based at: Ponders End Youth Centre - EN1 3ES The right candidate will: * Lead and deliver engaging youth club sessions for young people across multiple youth provision sites. * Plan, develop, and deliver a range of youth work activities that respond to the needs and interests of young people. * Design and produce session plans, programmes, and project activities that support positive outcomes for young people. * Deliver detached and outreach youth work within the local community and surrounding areas to engage young people who may not access centre-based provision. * Support the development of targeted and universal youth programmes, including holiday activities, accredited learning opportunities, and personal development projects. * Work collaboratively with colleagues, partners, schools, and community organisations to enhance opportunities for young people. * Promote young people's voice, participation, and involvement in shaping activities and services. * Attend team meetings, training, and supervision sessions and contribute to the ongoing development of Youth Service provision.
