Strong management accounting experience, including month-end processes, budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work closely with non-finance stakeholders and explain financial information clearly.
Strong Excel skills, with the ability to analyse financial information and produce meaningful reporting and commentary.
A proactive, hands-on and adaptable approach, with the ability to manage competing deadlines and quickly understand new processes.
Previous experience within the charity sector would be beneficial but is not essential. Candidates from commercial backgrounds are also encouraged to apply.
