Shift Pattern

Rotating three-week shift pattern:

• Week 1: 6:00am - 2:00pm
• Week 2: 10:00pm - 6:00am
• Week 3: 2:00pm - 10:00pm

The Role

As a Manufacturing Operator, you will play an important role in supporting production activities while ensuring products are manufactured safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards.

Key duties include:

• Operating production equipment safely and efficiently
• Supporting manufacturing, packaging and processing activities
• Completing production documentation accurately
• Carrying out quality checks and visual inspections
• Following standard operating procedures and work instructions
• Maintaining clean, organised and safe work areas
• Monitoring production processes and reporting any issues
• Handling materials and supporting stock movements
• Working closely with colleagues to achieve daily production targets
• Supporting continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives

• Standing for prolonged periods
