We're recruiting for a friendly and growing business in North Bristol seeking a Finance Administrator to join their team on a part-time basis, working around school hours.This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to balance a rewarding finance role with family commitments, while working for a supportive and flexible employer.

Key Responsibilities

• Processing purchase invoices and supplier payments
• Raising sales invoices and supporting credit control activities
• Reconciling bank accounts and financial transactions
• Assisting with payroll administration
• Maintaining accurate financial records and databases
• Supporting month-end reporting processes
• Handling finance-related queries from suppliers and customers
• General administrative support for the finance team

What is required

• Previous experience within a finance administration, accounts assistant or bookkeeping role
• Good understanding of purchase ledger and sales ledger processes
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Confident using Microsoft Excel and finance systems
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively
