A newly created role that will support the highly experienced People & HR Manager, this is a commercial, but environmentally conscious business, and a role which will likely act as the perfect springboard to more experience, future partnering and overall growth!

We're considering candidates across a breadth of backgrounds although it would be helpful to be able to demonstrate experience from a multi site organisation, with a mixed blue & white collar workforce. Good emerging ER experience is essential as the role will see the successful candidate coaching Managers across all manner of casework, which while led by you, will see you empowering others to upskill themselves and take ownership over time. A true generalist scope is also on offer here as it's a really nice sized SME, exposing you to all facets of HR, across all areas of the business.

Key duties include:

• Consult, advise and lead on ER case management.
• Recruitment, onboarding and compliance work.
• Act as a genuine coach re: Managerial performance, team performance.
• Build rapport and relationships with key business leaders, gaining buy in and respect to role out key people policies and processes.
• HR Operational duties to deliver great employee lifecycle experiences.
