We're now looking for ambitious individuals to join our team as Trainee Recruitment Consultants. No recruitment experience is necessary. We'll give you the training, support and tools to succeed. You bring the attitude, ambition and desire to build a rewarding career.

What You'll Be Doing

• Building relationships with candidates
• Sourcing talent through LinkedIn, job boards and networking
• Qualifying candidates against live opportunities, including negotiating contract rates and overcoming objections
• Generating market intelligence, candidate referrals and commercial opportunities that contribute to the growth of existing accounts and expansion into new markets
• Managing candidate processes from initial conversation through to placement
• Working closely with experienced consultants and managers
• Learning the skills needed to develop a successful recruitment career
