Dispatch & Customer Operations Coordinator
Location: Boroughbridge, North Yorkshire
Salary: £27,000–£29,000 depending on experience
Hours: Full-time
Company: LTC Healthcare
About the role
LTC Healthcare is looking for a reliable, organised and hands-on Dispatch & Customer Operations Coordinator to join our team.
The role is split approximately 50/50 between computer-based order administration and hands-on warehouse work.
Around half of the role involves processing orders, booking shipments, producing invoices and documentation, sending tracking information and dealing with straightforward customer enquiries.
The other half involves practical warehouse work, including packing orders, restocking products, receiving deliveries and assisting with goods-in.
We typically receive around two container deliveries per month, and the successful candidate will be expected to help the warehouse team unload, check and put away these deliveries.
This is therefore not a traditional office-based role. The successful candidate must be equally comfortable working at a computer and carrying out physical warehouse duties.
We will provide comprehensive training on our systems, processes, courier platforms and day-to-day procedures, so direct experience in every aspect of the role is not essential.
Key responsibilities
Warehouse, packing and dispatch
Order processing and administration
Customer and order support
