The Opportunity

An established and growing specialist family law firm is looking to appoint an experienced Family Solicitor or suitably qualified Legal Executive to establish and lead a new office in an agreed location.

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious family lawyer to take on a senior leadership position, develop a local practice and play a significant role in the continued growth of an established firm.

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years' experience in private family law, although applications from other suitably experienced candidates with the technical ability, commercial awareness and business-development skills required to lead an office will also be considered.

The firm will provide administrative, compliance, operational and marketing support, allowing the successful candidate to focus on developing the office, building client relationships and growing a local team.

The Role

The successful candidate will take responsibility for establishing and developing the new office while managing a varied and complex private family law caseload.

• Managing a varied caseload of private family law matters.

• Advising on divorce, separation, cohabitation disputes and financial remedy proceedings.

• Handling private children matters and protective injunctions.
