What will you be doing?

As a Customer Support Apprentice, you'll become an important part of our Sales Development team, supporting customers and helping deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing customer enquiries through telephone, email and online channels.
• Supporting customers with quotations and general service enquiries.
• Working closely with Sales and Pricing teams to progress opportunities.
• Following up customer requests and providing timely responses.
• Assisting with collections activity and billing administration.
• Resolving customer queries and ensuring issues are managed through to completion.
• Building positive relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Learning about DHL Express products, services and sales processes.
• Identifying opportunities to support customer retention and business growth.

Throughout your apprenticeship, you'll receive structured training, coaching and development to help you build the skills needed for long-term success.

• Eagerness to learn and develop new skills.

Experience & Qualifications

• No previous logistics or sales experience required.
• GCSEs (or equivalent) including English and Maths preferred.
• Eligible to undertake a UK apprenticeship programme (must have lived in the UK for three years or more)
• Relevant right to work in the UK
• Passion for customer service and delivering great customer experiences.
