Your Key Responsibilities Hold full Ofsted registration and ensure ongoing regulatory compliance. Lead, supervise, and develop the staff team, maintaining clear standards and accountability. Oversee day-to-day operational management, ensuring safe and high-quality care. Drive stability, positive outcomes, and a consistent therapeutic environment. About You Proven experience as a Registered Manager in a children’s EBD home. Strong experience leading Ofsted inspections and maintaining compliance. Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management, or actively working towards it. A passionate leader who values structure, clarity, and therapeutic care.
