Are you a passionate educator, qualified teacher, or therapeutic tutor looking to break free from traditional classroom walls? We match dedicated tutors with children and young people who are no longer in mainstream education. Whether a student thrives with hands-on, in-person support in the Cambridge area or benefits from interactive online learning across the UK, you'll help them rebuild confidence and rediscover their love for learning.

Why You'll Love Working With Us

• Total Flexibility: Choose between local, face-to-face tuition in Cambridge or flexible online sessions from anywhere in the UK.
• Purpose-Driven Work: Every hour you spend teaching directly helps a child overcome barriers, re-engage with education, and achieve their full potential.
• Autonomy to Innovate: Ditch rigid, one-size-fits-all lesson plans. Tailor your approach, leverage your therapeutic skills, and teach at the student's pace.
• Diverse Opportunities: Work with learners across primary, secondary, and SEND pathways, delivering core academic subjects or holistic, therapeutic support.

The Roles

• Academic Tutors: Deliver engaging sessions in core subjects (Maths, English, Science) tailored to alternative provision outcomes. Ideal candidates bring QTS, strong subject-matter expertise, or extensive 1:1 tutoring experience.
• Therapeutic Tutors: Blend emotional, social, and functional learning with specialized support strategies for vulnerable or neurodivergent youth. Ideal candidates bring experience in SEND, trauma-informed practices, SEMH, mentoring, or therapeutic arts/play.

Role Essentials

• A passion for supporting young people with complex needs, anxiety, or SEMH challenges.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• An enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
• Right to work in the UK.
