We are currently seeking motivated and dedicated Higher-Level Teaching Assistants (HLTAs) to join our schools across Shropshire. Key Responsibilities: * Support the delivery of high-quality lessons in a range of subjects. * Work closely with class teachers to provide targeted assistance for students. * Support children with additional needs and adapt resources to suit individual learning styles. * Lead small group interventions and contribute to the development of lesson plans. * Foster an inclusive and engaging learning environment. What We’re Looking For: * A Level 4 HLTA qualification (or equivalent) is essential. * Previous experience working in a school setting, ideally in a HLTA or teaching assistant role. * Strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for working with young people. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * A commitment to supporting students in reaching their full potential.
