Spanish-Speaking Lawyer & Team Leader

Ryder Reid Legal is currently seeking a Spanish-speaking Lawyer and Team Leader to join an upcoming document review project.

This is an excellent opportunity to work on a high-profile matter, leading a team of reviewers while overseeing document review activities and ensuring quality and consistency throughout the project.

The Role

• Remote working
• Immediate start
• Fixed-term project
• Team leadership and supervision of reviewers
• Document review using Relativity
• Liaising with stakeholders and providing project updates
• Quality control and escalation of complex review decisions

Requirements

• Fluent Spanish and English language skills
• Qualified Lawyer (any jurisdiction considered)
• Previous document review experience
• Experience using Relativity
• Prior team leadership or supervisory experience within a document review environment
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Ability to manage workloads and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
