An experienced Delegate Sales Executive is urgently required for a leading international events organisation. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing multilingual team based in Central London.

The purpose of this role is to identify new business opportunities, conduct market research, and engage with senior-level executives within the technology sector. As a Delegate Sales Executive, you will present compelling sales propositions to qualified decision-makers across the UK market and play a key role in driving event attendance. The role is fully office-based in Central London.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build, develop, and maintain relationships with prospective clients to identify new business opportunities.
• Sell delegate passes for high-profile technology industry events through outbound telephone sales and business development activities.
• Engage with senior-level decision-makers across the UK market and promote event participation.
• Keep the CRM system updated with accurate client and sales information.
• Manage and maintain account records to ensure effective pipeline management.

About You:

To succeed in this role, you will be a confident, client-focused individual with excellent communication skills. You will be comfortable speaking with senior professionals and driven to achieve outstanding results in a target-driven environment.

Profile:

• Fluent English (C1/C2 level), both written and spoken.
• Previous experience in B2B outbound calling, lead generation, telesales, customer service, or business development.
• Confident communicator with the ability to engage professionally with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proactive, enthusiastic, self-motivated, and results-driven.
• Strong team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
