Job Description: As a Foaming Operative, you will be part of a small, fast-paced production team, preparing and gluing foam to specification. You will work from technical drawings, maintain high standards of quality and accuracy, and work both as part of a team and independently when required. Key Responsibilities: * Reading and interpreting technical drawings * Gluing foam to specification * Working efficiently in a fast-paced production environment * Working as part of a small team * Working independently when required * Maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy * Maintaining a clean and safe working environment Requirements: * Previous assembly or manufacturing experience preferred * Ability to read and follow drawings and instructions * Good attention to detail * Strong team working skills * Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively Working Hours: * Monday to Thursday: 8:00am to 5:00pm * Friday: 8:00am to 1:00pm
