We're recruiting on behalf of a leading facades and cladding specialist for an organised, quality-focused Assistant Site Manager. Working alongside the Site Manager and project team, you'll help keep projects running safely and on programme, with a strong focus on quality control and assurance across facade and cladding installations. Key Responsibilities * Support the Site Manager with the day-to-day running of the site * Carry out quality inspections of facade and cladding works, and record, track and close out snags and non-conformances * Maintain QC/QA records and documentation using digital platforms * Monitor workmanship against specification, drawings and programme * Help coordinate installation teams, subcontractors and site activities * Promote and uphold health and safety standards on site * Contribute to progress reporting and site records About You * Proven Quality Control and Quality Assurance experience * Experience with QC/QA software such as FieldView, Asite, Procore or similar * Competent IT user, comfortable with digital tools and reporting * Valid CSCS card * Valid First Aid certificate * SMSTS Highly Desirable * Main contracting or wider industry experience within facades and cladding What's on Offer * 33 days' holiday, including bank holidays (25 days annual leave + 8 bank holidays) * Company pension * Private medical insurance * Life assurance scheme * Employee Assistance Programme * Paid travel expenses * Cycle to Work scheme * Social events * Professional memberships and associations * Employee referral programme
