Registered Manager – Children’s Residential Care Two opportunities: Solo Home / Established Five-Bed Home Arch Resourcing is recruiting for two Registered Managers to join a large, established children’s services group, with support from experienced senior leaders and central recruitment, training, compliance and finance teams. The opportunities * Solo home preparing to reopen: Lead the reopening, help build the team and establish a safe, supportive home centred on the needs of one young person. * Established five-bed home: Lead the day-to-day running of the home, develop the existing team and maintain high standards of care for up to five young people. Your responsibilities * Lead a safe, nurturing home that promotes positive outcomes for children. * Oversee safeguarding, care planning and risk management. * Recruit, supervise and develop your staff team. * Maintain compliance with children’s homes regulations and Ofsted requirements. * Manage staffing, rotas and budgets with support from the wider group. * Build effective relationships with families, placing authorities and other professionals. * Oversee referrals and admissions, ensuring placements are appropriate to the home and children’s needs. About you We’re keen to hear from experienced children’s residential managers with strong leadership skills, sound safeguarding knowledge and a clear understanding of Ofsted expectations. You should hold the relevant Level 5 qualification or an accepted equivalent, or be able to meet the applicable qualification requirements.
