Recruit UK are working on an excellent opportunity for an experienced Paraplanner to join a well-established and highly regarded Financial Planning firm in Bath.

Your duties will include but not be limited to:

• Preparing high-quality suitability reports and financial planning recommendations
• Conducting detailed product, provider and investment research
• Supporting Financial Planners with complex technical cases
• Analysing clients' financial circumstances, objectives and existing arrangements
• Preparing cashflow modelling and financial planning illustrations where required
• Ensuring recommendations are technically accurate and compliant with regulatory requirements
• Liaising with Financial Planners, administrators and providers to ensure a seamless client experience
• Maintaining accurate client records and supporting the ongoing review process

Skills and experience required:

• Previous experience in a technical Paraplanning role
• Strong knowledge of pensions, investments, tax planning and financial planning products
• Level 4 Diploma qualified or near completion/qualified by experience
• Experience preparing detailed suitability reports and recommendations
• Strong analytical skills and excellent attention to detail
• Ability to manage your own workload
