Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging, high-quality lessons tailored to the National Curriculum for Key Stage 2 students.
• Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment that encourages academic and personal growth.
• Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to support individual learning needs.
• Manage classroom behavior effectively, ensuring a safe and focused atmosphere for all pupils.
• Collaborate with fellow staff members, parents, and support teams to ensure a holistic approach to student development.
• Prepare students effectively for upcoming assessments and transitions.

Qualifications:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent recognized teaching qualification.
• Solid understanding of the KS2 National Curriculum and effective pedagogical strategies.
• Strong classroom management skills with the ability to build rapport with children of diverse backgrounds.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
• Relevant DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
