Description

• Coordinate import and export shipments to help goods move on schedule.
• Prepare, check and maintain shipping documents and related records.
• Liaise with freight providers and other external contacts to track deliveries.
• Work with Engineering & Manufacturing colleagues to confirm shipment requirements.
• Update shipment information accurately to provide clear visibility of progress.
• Resolve routine delivery queries and escalate issues where needed.
• Arrange collections and deliveries in line with agreed requirements.
• Keep import and export records organised and easy to access.

Profile

A successful 'Import/Export Coordinator' should have:

• Experience coordinating import and export shipments.
• Confidence preparing and checking shipping documentation.
• Ability to maintain accurate records and update shipment information.
• Experience liaising with freight providers and delivery contacts.
• Ability to manage several shipment tasks in an organised way.

Job Offer

• Temporary Import/Export Coordinator contract.
