This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working with children and wants to make a meaningful difference in their education. You'll work closely with class teachers to support learning, build pupils' confidence and create a positive, inclusive classroom environment.

Key Details

• Role: Classroom Assistant
• Location: Cheltenham
• Setting: Mainstream Primary School
• Pay: £90-£105 per day, depending on experience
• Hours: Full-time, 8:30am-3:30pm
• DBS: Enhanced DBS required, or willingness to apply

Your Responsibilities

• Support teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons.
• Provide one-to-one and small-group support to pupils.
• Assist children with additional learning needs, including SEN.
• Encourage positive behaviour, confidence and independence.
• Help maintain a safe, organised and inclusive learning environment.
