The Opportunity

Our client, a highly regarded Chambers-listed and Legal 500 law firm with offices across the Thames Valley, is looking to recruit a Commercial Property Solicitor (1–4 PQE) to join its established team in Wokingham.

This is an excellent opportunity to develop your career within a well-regarded property department, handling a broad range of commercial property transactions for businesses, developers, landowners and investors.

The Role

You will advise on a varied caseload including:

• Commercial freehold and leasehold transactions
• Business sales and purchases
• Commercial landlord and tenant matters
• Residential development and land acquisitions
• Secured lending
• Commercial property portfolio management
• Agricultural property, farmland and landed estates

The department also advises on office, industrial, educational, licensed and retail premises.

About You

• 1–4 years' PQE in Commercial Property
• Experience handling a range of commercial property transactions
• Strong technical, organisational and client care skills
• Confident managing your own caseload with appropriate support
• Good IT skills and experience using a case management system
