AMJ Recruitment is currently recruiting for 2 x Part-Time Packing Operatives to join our client, a well-established and growing e-commerce business based in Tachbrook Park, Leamington Spa (CV34). Location: Warwick, CV34 (Tachbrook Park) Pay Rate: £13.00 per hour Hours: Monday to Friday, 13:00–17:00 Contract: Part-Time, Ongoing Work Weekly Hours: 20 hours per week Start Date: ASAP Positions Available: 2 This is an excellent opportunity for reliable, hardworking individuals looking for consistent part-time afternoon work within a clean, organised and friendly working environment. The company specialises in preparing and dispatching customer orders, with a strong focus on quality, accuracy and attention to detail. This is an ongoing position with the potential to become permanent for the right candidates. Key Responsibilities: • Packing customer orders accurately and efficiently. • Matching customer orders against pre-printed shipping labels. • Assembling branded packaging and gift boxes. • Preparing products using wrapping paper and protective packaging. • Adding promotional items, thank-you cards and other packaging materials. • Sealing, taping and labelling completed parcels. • Ensuring all orders are packed to a high standard. • Working towards achievable hourly productivity targets. • Maintaining a clean, tidy and organised workstation. • Following company procedures and health and safety guidelines. Please note: This is a packing-only position. No picking, heavy lifting or forklift experience is required. Candidate Requirements To be considered for this position, applicants should have: • Previous experience within a warehouse, packing, production or similar environment. • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality. • The ability to work accurately while maintaining productivity targets. • Good communication skills and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions. • A reliable and punctual approach to work. • The ability to work independently and as part of a small team. • Availability to work Monday to Friday, 13:00–17:00. • Reliable transport arrangements to the Tachbrook Park area of Warwick.
