What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Property Manager:
- Manage a portfolio of residential properties on behalf of landlords and housing partners
- Build and maintain professional relationships with landlords, tenants and contractors
- Coordinate property maintenance, repairs and contractor works
- Ensure properties are managed in line with current lettings legislation and compliance requirements
- Handle tenant enquiries and resolve property management issues effectively
- Arrange property inspections and ensure follow-up actions are completed
- Maintain accurate records and property management documentation
- Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth tenancy management
- Prioritise workload and respond to issues in a timely and professional manner

- Previous experience in residential property management
- Strong knowledge of lettings and property management procedures
- Good understanding of current lettings legislation and compliance requirements
- Excellent customer service and relationship-management skills

- Ability to work effectively in a busy property management environment
- Strong attention to detail when handling property records and documentation
- ARLA or equivalent property qualification is advantageous
- Ability to commute to or live within reach of the Ladbroke Grove area
